We’ve launched a $10M Campaign to RENEW RJC
Over 50-70 years ago, people of vision and faith gave their time, resources and energy to build the school and dorm buildings RJC currently use.
Today, RJC’s program is strong, our staff is passionate and dedicated, and students are the life of the school. While a facility assessment found the bones of our buildings are good, they need critical repairs and renovations so they can last another 50-70 years. With your support, RJC school and dorm buildings can reflect the quality of an RJC education and welcome more students for generations to come.

Campaign Launch
On Sunday, March 15, RJC publicly launched the RENEW Campaign with a special celebration and community gathering.
The event shared the vision behind RENEW and what it means for the future of RJC. The program included an overview of the project, reflections from donors and alumni on Why RENEW, and words of thanks recognizing the strong support already shown through gifts and 100 percent participation from RJC board members.

We are thrilled to share that over $3.25M* has been raised toward our $10M goal. This is a significant testament to the strong belief in RJC and the incredible support of our community, alumni, and friends who believe in the mission of RJC.

Capital Projects : Phase 1
Completed Projects: $3 Million
In 2023, a comprehensive Facility Assessment by aodbt architecture interior design identified RJC’s most urgent needs. With timely investment, RJC can address these needs so the buildings will last another 60 years. From 2022 to 2025, three million dollars in critical upgrades were completed in Phase 1, improving campus safety, functionality, and student spaces.
Capital Projects : Phase 2
Ongoing & Upcoming Projects* – $3 Million
Building on the momentum of Phase 1, Phase 2 focuses on the next set of student centered improvements. Planned projects include dorm bathroom and room renovations, refurbishment of the Dining Hall and Campus Life Centre, gym revitalization with HVAC replacement, and upgrades to shared student spaces, enhancing comfort, safety, and daily campus life.

Future Priority Projects* – $4 Million
Phase 3 advances RJC’s long term vision for a safe, welcoming, and future ready campus. Planned work includes the Rehearsal Hall & Music Wing roof replacement and revitalization, main entrance upgrades including enhanced school safety and security measures, dormitory and dining hall envelope replacement, and classroom revitalization, ensuring modern, functional, and inspiring learning environments for generations to come.
