Build Confidence
Competing in high school sports is a great way to grow in not only athletic ability, but also develop practical life skills.
Teamwork, cooperation and leadership are several things student can learn from high school sports. When students build confidence on the sporting field, they are building confidence for other areas of life.
Each year RJC athletes are recruited by university and college level coaches; some receiving generous scholarships.

RJC competes in the following SHSAA sanctioned sports:
- Volleyball
- Cross Country
- Soccer
- Football
- Basketball
- Curling
- Badminton
- Track & Field
RJC is a member of the Central Valley Athletic Conference.RJC students may also play hockey through the Rosthern Minor Hockey Association. Students interested in Dance may also connect with the Rosthern School of Dance.
