Build Confidence
Competing in high school sports is a great way to grow in not only athletic ability, but also develop practical life skills.
Teamwork, cooperation and leadership are several things students can learn from high school sports. When students build confidence on the sporting field, they are building confidence for other areas of life.
Each year RJC athletes are recruited by university and college level coaches; some receiving generous scholarships.

RJC competes in the following SHSAA sanctioned sports:
- Volleyball
- Cross Country
- Soccer
- Football
- Basketball
- Curling
- Badminton
- Track & Field
Community sports:
RJC students may play hockey through the Rosthern Minor Hockey Association or Hague Minor Sports. Students interested in Dance may connect with the Rosthern School of Dance. English and Western riding lessons are available at Valley Equestrain Centre.
RJC is a member of the Central Valley Athletic Conference.
